TotalEnergies Club App. Possible phishing people.

I would like to know why customers have to enter their personal details such as ID and Passport numbers in order to activate TotalEnergies Club APP? Why do you need this information? What do you do with it? As it stands this APP already holds over 100 thousand of these.
