Total Witkoppen - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Oh how I wish I was able to rate a company -***! I have in all my life never been more disgusted! Let me paint you a picture… It’s raining heavily and a unsuspecting me hits a pothole, which in turn causes my tire to burst. At this point I’m panicking and praying I make it to the nearest petrol station so an attendant might be able to assist. So I pull into my nearest Total and plead with tears in my eyes that the attendant helps me change my tire. The attendant gave me a look of pure disgust and proceeded to say ‘We don’t do that here’. I then proceed to say well can you at least fill up my car with petrol and the attendant again gave me a disgusted look and proceed to say ‘I’ll call the manager’. I am attempt to get myself out of a potentially dangerous situation, I call my partner and request his assistance so I can change my tire, since the wonderful staff at Total just don’t do anything… At all. The attendant then proceeds to tell me I cannot be on my phone. At this stage I was utterly despondent and plainly just gatvol. Luckily for the kindness of strangers, a fellow offered me some assistance. And guess who shows up just as everything was sorted… The all knowing manager asking ‘Is everything okay?’. Well yes it is, absolutely no thanks to you! The male attendants just watched me struggle and the females thought it was a moerse joke. Total your staff are absolutely pathetic beyond words! Itms truly disgusting seeing the absolute disregard they have for someone who sincerely just needed some help. I would drive 10000km out of my way to use any other petrol station, just not Total. I will never spend my hard earned money to pay the salaries of the ********** staff at Total Witkoppen.
