TOTAL Westville (kzn) sucks!!!!!!

I had a fast leak in my tire due to 2 nails embedded in it at 5pm on a weekday. I had no option but to stop at Total Westville (KZN) for help. The Manger of Total Westville - Shiraz told staff to not help a women plug her tire ( a service they offer) as that was Total's Policy. Total Westville Manager is a disgrace to the Total Brand. Thank goodness there are petrol stations like SHELL who who don't have policies like TOTAL SOUTH AFRICA.
