Total Viking car wash an absolute waste of money!!

Just came from the car wash at total viking and I am very disappointed in the service I received. Firstly, not a single person cared enough to attend to me when I first pulled up. They left me standing there until I hooted and made a commotion. They then washed my car so poorly I could not believe it. After cleaning the interior everything was dirty and dusty. The polish was sprayed onto my car but not even rubbed in. Marks all over the windows and to top it all off, half my car was still dripping wet. When I got home I saw that dirt had started running down the sides of my car as if it was never even wiped down. This is really pathetic! I get better service from the car wash in kensington where a wash and cleaning costs about 80 rand in comparison to your 150 rand!! Pathetic!! I have complained about this before, but clearly it was not an isolated incident. I do not want apologies this time. I want to know what you'll do to remedy the situation and my upset.

To make matters worse all the men who arrived with their cars were treated very well and a whole 60 mins spent on cleaning their cars while about 15 mins were spent on mine. The staff are clearly ***ist to just add feul to the fire! Please avoid using this car wash at all cost!
