Total Steve biko drive

I was at Total in Steve Biko drive to buy myself something to eat. I use a wheelchair to move about. When I got there I asked them where is the ramp so that I can get into the shop. I was tod they only have steps,but they are not high so it shouldn't be a problem for me to get up. I told him I won't be able to. He then told me that I then can't buy at the shop and try somewhere else! I've never had such a bad experience anywhere else.
