Total South Africa Petroport N12 South Witbank Monster *****ing promotion.

On the 9th of July 2018, 22:35, I passed through Total South Africa Petroport N12 South Witbank filling station from Nelspruit to Johannesburg, I was disappointed by the service rendered by Total South Africa Petroport N12 South Witbank. They advertised a Monster Energy ultra 500ml zero sugar drink at R17.90 but they are selling it at R23.50. On the fridges there is a sticker showing a promotional price of R17.90, however, the staff deny having such an in-store promotion. At the same time one staff member claim that I took the wrong Monster drink, yet when I requested to be supp**** with the correct one, he failed to do so. What frustrated me most is: 1. The workers do not know the promotion they run. 2. They do not understand their products. 3. I am so disappointed by their poor customer service and dispute resolution ability by the workers. "only the day manager can help" that all they could say. 4. There was a lady on this shift who was not part of the conversation who would frequently interrupt and label me of "having an attitude" yet all I wanted was the service and go. I wonder if any minimum standards of employment were app**** to her or was there any in-house training offered to her.
