Total SA's loyalty scheme with Voyager SAA is a **** and I lose thousands of points because it never works
Good day Your website does not work therefore I cannot enter my till slip claim. Your machines at Total garages do not work, it cannot connect with SAA to get my points. Please process the attached till slip claim for 38.6 points! I am losing thousands of points because your system is ALWAYS offline. SAA has no shame, but is Total SA not concerned about this? 23 Aug 2020, 17:59To clarify, I have been trying to enter Voyager miles all year and it NEVER works. That is why I flipped my lid. I am trying to get to 3100 points so that I can close the account after using 3100 points on 1 September when redemptions reopen. I have worked for years to get to 3100 points and this year should have reached it, but your system collapsed the WHOLE year. Total-ly fed-up.
