Total SA logbook

I went to Total Aston Manor this morning we I always fill up our complete family’s cars, asked for a logbook, attend came back and said I need to pay for it, at first I was ok, then realized that the logbook did not have a barcode and that it was always in the past for free, so Total SA and your garage owner please explain yourself, it is not about the money, it is about ethics
