TOTAL *****S FROM CUSTOMERS. BEWARE

Staff from Total Potchefstroom on the N12 ***** from customers by shutting off card machines mid transaction. Customers are then forced to other machines for payment resulting in double transactions on your account. This happened to us a week back. When we brought this up with management we were told they have a system that needs to be followed and would get back to us about this. 1 week later nothing.... what has happened is that we have found out from numerous patrons that this is a common occurrence and this is how customers are ******** out of there hard earned money. Shame on you Total for employing dishonest *******.....
