Total Richwood. Pathetic service. Absolutely Poor.

We are a hardware company that uses fuel cards. My driver went to fill up and reached his limit which does happen. The correct protocol is for the garage company in question (Total) to contact the number on the back of the card to get an authorisation code. Well. Not total. They flat out refuse to follow protocol. I then phones in after my driver let me know that he has been there for over 30 minutes. I phoned in and spoke to the manager (Alissa) who was very rude and actually put the phone down in my ear as she repeats once again that they don't do that, why can't I just put the money into the account? Even though I explained that it is a BUSINESS fuel card.

There is no customer service and the staff are just plain rude. I asked for the owner number and contact details which they refuse to give to Me.
