Total not pet friendly

On the 21.02.2016 at 2.30pm I pull into the garage to fill my car up with petrol, I had my 3 Jack Russel dogs in the car as well, the garage was very busy and it being a very hot day I had all 4 windows rolled halfway down as the doggies and I needed some fresh air, the attendant walked towards my car and asked me to close my windows as he was afraid of dogs, I said no because the dogs are not aggressive and it was hot in the car he walked away and nobody helped me I waited for about 8 minutes and still no help I heard the staff laughing at me I got out of the car and went into the shop asked the cashier for the managers tel number and the petrol attendants name, I then drove to Sasol garage Margate and was helped by their attendant Mandla with the windows at the same height my dogs did I not even bark at him or for that matter at Amos at Total garage..Total garage please train your staff to assist customers with dogs in their cars after all Amos represents TOTAL as he is in your uniform ??? Should we as customers believe that your company is not PET FREINDLY?? What bad attitude towards customers who own pets and love our pets as they are part of our family.. Apology needed....<br>
