Total N12 Potchefstroom

Had a problem at Total Garage N12 Potchefstroom as we pulled into the allocated parking bay for trailers to get a coffee and snack at Mug and Bean our trailers wheel fell off. So we pulled aside not to disturb the other customers, when we where approach by staff to inform us that we are not allowed. We explained the story. After organisioning to get help we where busy off loading the stuff to get moving we where approach again by a very rude person George telling us to move and we are not allowed, after trying to explain to him that we did not make the wheel brake deliberate and that we did explain this to the night manager who did understand our predicament. He said he does not care and she would be going for a hearing because off this because he us the owner and makes the rules aga8n very rude and condescending. Is this is the type off service you can expect from Total SA.
