Total Mooikloof Car Wash

Total Mooikloof Car wash is absolutely useless. I took my car in for a wash on Friday 19 July the morning. and I told them i will come and fetch the car at 14:00, so they had more then enough time to clean my car properly. I go there at 14:00 and went to the lady to pay. firstly, no one told me that the card machine is not working and that I have to pay cash, which luckily I had just enough cash on me. then I get to my car and as I want to get in, my seat is pulled right to the front so that I couldn't get in, alright the person who drove the car was maybe short, fine, but then I see my handbrake is pulled up to its LAST clicks, it was so high that I was struggling to get it down. later that day I phoned Mooikloof Total and asked if I can speak to the Car Wash Manager, which the lady said she will give my number to him (manager) and ask him to phone me, after I had explain everything. When he phoned me, he was rude and was no help at all. later that day I receive an SMS say that he is sorry but I caught him off guard and that he didn't know what to say to me. My husband also phoned him and he was very rude to my husband as well.

Needless to say, I might have some problems with my handbrake now and my car was still very dirty, they cannot clean a car!!! utterly unprofessional and very rude... I will NEVER EVER support this car wash again...
