Total Meredale Horrid service

Total Meredale refused to sell me gas with the very same cylinder we received from them. The attendant mentioned that they were instructed not to take the cylinder type on tuesday 17 May 2022 "the same cylinder we bought from them a month earlier". A mr Munetsi refused and didnt want to reason, we can pull the footage of when the gas was bought as I have the date and time the gas was bought (From my bank statements). We have always been Total customers and this definitely left a bitter taste in my mouth, Im disapointed at the fact that they do not want to take the cylinder i bought from them.
