I phoned this company to enquire whether they had a certain key as I needed duplicate. They then requested my till slips(bought lock about 2 mth ago) I explained I didn't still have the slip as I didn't see me having a problem. Their response was "OK mam the reason I requested the slip was to prove that the lock was purchased from us, but unfortunately we can't prove that it was purchased from us as that isn't a standard lock we sell." All I wanted was to buy a spare keys. I have found them very expensive and not the quickest or friendly either. But they are the closest to me. But from now on I will source a new locksmith.
