total kingsway in Puttfontein

August 2019 my husband and I went to put fuel at total kingsway in Puttfontein but the petrol attendant didn't close the water cap after checking water..as we were in n12 free way the car started overheating ..when when we stopped and opened the bonnet the water cap was just lieng there on top of the engen cover..when we went to complain at the garage to Mr Cherry and his partner they said they cant help us because their footage does not show their employee not closing our water cap and said we don't service our cap and maybe we fix it with bush mechanic..we..then towed the car to hyundai on Monday for fixing only to find that it hit the engen too and they must replace the engen too which costed us R52 394 from our pockets..but until today total kingsway has not paid back our money we used to fix the car and they are not answering our calls this year. I went as far as contacting their head office customer care about this matter but still they couldnt help us.the last email they sent was that they are not responsible..contact ***
