Total in Vosloorus - Appalling service!!!!

I recently swiped by bank card for fuel and I was charged double as they claim the money does not reflect on their side. I showed them an sms from my bank as proof but they required a bank statement. Every time I go there with the bank statement, the manager (Dennis) is not available. The garage operates with no manger AT ALL. Yesterday, I went there early and they were in a "meeting". I waited for an hour and no one could attend me. I tried to call and when I spoke to him, he hang up the call on me. This is a waste of my time and money. I want my money BAC****
