Total Gateway service station

So after the last incident I filled up at the Total Gateway lastnight at about 22:20pm in the hopes that the service has changed for the better but I was miserably wrong. I pulled up at the pumps and waited for service,nobody attempted to me but I could see two attendants seated inside one of which was asleep with his head on the table. After hooting for attention still no response even the cashiers both of them ignored me and was busy on their phones sitting with their legs over the counter paying total disregard towards me. I had to literally drive my vehicle to the door to get their attention. Sandile the cashier was very rude and had an attitude. I wonder who owns this fuel station and do they ever view the cctv cameras. Its not just a business they are trying to run its service delivery, if the owner has no interest in his or her business then rather sell it to someone who can run a business and provide proper service. I will continue to use this garage from time to time and always give a review till I receive proper service here at Total service station Gateway.
