Total gas bottle thieving Kanivers

On the 16th of September I went to Total in bredell, Kempton park. They gave me a different looking gas bottle and i paid no attention.

Yesterday when going to refill the gas bottle i was told that these bottles are obsolete and they would not take the return. They informed they had obsoleted these items, even though there was an identical bottle in the cage, in March/April of this year.

After being told that i was lying and they had not provided me with the obsolete bottle i presented them with a proof of payment. They then told me they would check the Camera's. That was the 2nd of November.

At around 12/1pm on the third i phoned them to follow up if they had checked the camera's, i was told they had been busy and not checked.

Eventualy at around 3pm he sent me a picture showing the camera's did not work.

Not only did he give me an obsolete gas bottle, tell me i am lying, but they refuse to help me.

I take this is a reflection of total's customer training and loyalty programs and a complete disappointment to a global brand i once considered to be customer centric.
