Total garage Queenstown horrible service

My husband and i experienced horrible service at total garage Queenstown.. In September 2019 we were assisted by a guy named Ronnie he poured petrol instead of deisel in our ford Fiesta .. We paid 2600 for it to be drained because they refused to pay for the damages.. The manager alloed us to watch the footage and indeed he used a petrol nosil at first.. When we showed him he threw us out of his office and said we must bring the police if we want to be paid because the petrol attendant did not tag.. I'm truly disappointed and disgusted by this behavior.
