i always fill up at the same garage all the time. I use TOTAL MANGOE garage. on the 04/05/2024 17:30 i was attracted by an employee of the garage. the petrol attendant spat on my face as he tells me I'm taking too long to use the air for tyers. I politely told him that's why he should be the one helping me, but he loudly said it's not on his contract to assist me with tyers, he said it's not part of service for him to assist me. so, as I pushed him away from me, he kept on coming back and insulted me. he said if I have any issues I should talk to his boss Melisi. I've known Melisi since he was a manager but now the boss. his employees are dragging his good now down. Melisi is a great leader; it pities because I know him to be the best on his job. please TOTAL MANJOE GARAGE give proper training to your stuff. and supervisors must get proper training to, because they would have resolved the matter quickly before it escalates. if he had stepped in and addressed the matter, but he waited until i pushed him away because I felt threatened. and the supervisor attacked me. they must be tort conflict resolution. please educate your staff. they are making a bad name for other TOTAL'S.
