total garage on Vlei Street, Veld St, Kempton Park, 1619

so here i was in the early hours of the morning, going to work. decided to just drive in to total garage at Vlei Street, Veld St, Kempton Park, 1619. Poured my petrol swipped my card. to be informed that speed point just went off as i had done entering my ping waiting for my slip. while right there in the garage transaction went off from my bank side showed the attendant the SMS that transaction went off. and he says to me no it did not. im loke here is the notification from my bank it went off. And he still says no. then i ask ohk what is the way forward. you will have to swipe again. which made no sense to me. and i asked why just like any normal person would do. then he says again it did not go off despite the proof i have. and he says to me that it will be reversed back in 20 minutes. im now running late to work. i swipe again he gets my number car registration and i left three hours later still nothing. no refund no call zero. And i decide to take the matter in my own hands and call them. search for their number. found the number to be *** call it. and guess what the number does not exist. and now here i am stuck with what would be the next step do i have to inconvenience myself again and drive there again to get to the bottom of this?
