TOTAL GARAGE DISASTER: IRRESPONSIBLE MANAGER ALMOST DAMAGED MY NEW CAR!!!

On the 10th of February 2020, I went to go pour petrol at Total Garage Leopard Street in Krugersdorp. I was on my way to Lanseria Airport, hardly 10 minutes after pouring the petrol my car got stuck. I phoned the VW dealership and my car had to be towed back to the dealership. Upon the inspection they found that the petrol was mixed with water which resulted in me paying over R5000 as they had to drain the petrol that was contaminated. I went back to Total Garage and the Manger advised me that he is aware of the problem and only 6 months later he referred me to his senior Abdul who is supposedly in charge of my claim. Since February I have been waiting for them to get back to me and have tried to contact them on numerous occasions as they have promised to get back to me up to date with no success. This matter is rather frustrating as Total garage is taking me for a fool from Pilar to post after they almost damaged my car. I WOULD NEVER recommend anybody to pour petrol there, not even on my worst day fill up at Total Garage. Not because of what they did to my car BUT because they refuse to take responsibility for their NEGLIGENCE. I can only hope that through this review, a manager with a conscious might be able to assist me resolve this long over due matter.
