Total Garage- Constantia Kloof

Recently, I went to the Total Garage in Constantia Kloof along Jim Fouche Road, it was early one morning and I was in a rush to get to work, I had no petrol in my car so I decided to stop at the Garage to put in a bit of petrol so that I could get to work. I asked the petrol attendant to put in petrol for me , and i wasn't paying attention to the dile where the petrol pump is, and where it states the litres and the amount in Rands. The attendant was also very clearly distracting me from looking, talking to me and making conversation. I paid him the cash and when I drove away my tank was still empty. So basically I paid him and he did not give me my fuel. I feel like that is unacceptable, and is theft in my opinion. I went back later that afternoon, spoke to the manager and they refused to acknowledge the incident and completely denied it. Even though it was a small amount that I lost, I paid and I did not receive petrol. The dishonestly is disgusting.
