Total Garage Bonjour N3 - BAD SERVICE AND ATTITUDE FROM SUPERVISOR AND MANAGEMENT PROTECTING HIM

BAD BAD VERY BAD SERVICE FROM SUPERVISOR HIMSELF.. We arrived at the Total Bonjour N3 garage at about 14:45 if I'm not mistaken. We parked ready to pour petrol at pump number 6. A Mercedes was parked on the side, as soon as we arrived at the pump, the man claiming to be the supervisor came and COMMANDED THAT WE MOVE as the Mercedes came first and needed to be serviced. We were surprised because we were not the only car queing to get serviced, but the Mercedes that was parked recieved service before us that was queing to get services..

I walked to the gentleman working at Total who was at pump 9/10, asking to speak to the manager, he then said that he is the supervisor. I asked for his name, he then became defensive, covering his name with his hand saying silly remarks like he wont give me the name and I should go ask for it at the office. I then went to the mini cash office asking for the supervisors name, the Total staff refused to give me his name (protecting him), and said that I should go to the offices to ask for it.

I went inside looking for the manager, to find that he was at the till assisting the que. He said his name is Austin. I gave him my name too, explained the situation, to show that he will not escalate this, he never asked for a cell number or email to give me feedback on the NASTY AND RUDE attitude, especially from a supervisor. How does one get promoted to be a supervisor and a Manager and yet we don't even get good services from the people who are above. Who should we go to and raise such things.?
