Total Energies - where is their 45 cent per litre 'discount' - false advertising

Belonging to the Total Engergies Club is nonense - we are still waiting for the 'discounted fuel' to be available in PE. My husband has been to GlenRoy Total Petrol Station twice and their promotion of receiving 45c back per litre fuel is still not working. How can they be advertising, they are not delivering on their promise - we still looking for a Total garage that offers that special in Port Elizabeth. I will now avoid all Total Petrol Stations - they have done themselves more harm instead of promoting their brand.
