The worst service by far wow

I was at the total garage near town view in Krugersdorp on the 01 December at 16:01 to pour petrol... When I got there were other customers however there was a petrol attended (Lungile) at the cashier window. He stood there for over minute while was waiting to be assisted. When he eventually decided to be at work he came through and the first thing I did was to ask why did he take that long before he came to assist and his respond was that he thought I was there to check my tyre pressure and if I wanted to pour petrol can I see how I have parked my old van...I then asked him if he hears what he just said and he continued to give me attitude. I then asked if I can be assisted by another person as I could no longer take his attitude. I was then assisted by a gentle men (Tumelo) what a service he firstly asked what happened and he apologised and assisted me with a smile and energy. I asked him to please call the floor manager (Richard) so that I can liaise with him on what happened to he can correct the attitude or findout what's wrong with the attended and make sure that other customers don't get affected by his bad service. Tumelo then returned alone and said manager said I should come yo his office.... Since when customer needs to be the one needing to park their car to go see the floor manager, isn't he supposed to be on the floor at all time and make sure that everything runs smoothly. What kind of people do Total employ to attend to clients, are they not equipped to service customers with energy and good attitude. I recently moved to were i stay and to think that this is the only garage closest that is a nightmare... On Monday I even compromised to drive to the Shell garage next to president hyper just make sure that I don't experience the same thing...
