Terrible service from Total garage on Witkoppen

I went to pour fuel at Total garage on Witkoppen this morning and i then asked the attendant to swipe my Dischem cards for points. He told me that they cannot do that as the people that are supposed to be doing that are changing shifts. How is that supposed to be the customer's business???I also wonder if Dischem is aware that we are unable to get points from Total due to the poor service. To make matters worse i did not even get a slip and because i was rushing to work i didn't have the time to wait.
