Terrible customer service at Total Savoy

I was at Total Savoy today to fill up & purchase food at Steers, Total Savoy, Mthatha. I went to the toilets which I found filthy with no toilet paper. I asked the first staff member by Steers for a single serviete or toilet paper and the lady rudely responded to me "who do you think you are to be asking for a serviete to use, did you even buy here & I showed her my order whilest pointing to the lady who assisted me at Steers. Whilest walking away she goes on mumbling something I couldn't hear, came back with the toilet paper still mumbling. From the toilet I went to get my order at Steers as I asked for it to be kept. I asked the lady at the till what is the name of the lady who was rude to me, she refused to give me her name saying I should ask her. I went to the rude lady asking for her name & asked why she was not wearing her name badge and her response to me was her name is Phumla & have no business asking her about her name badge. I told her I used to be a manager at Total in a family business and don't understand why she has to bring down someone's business when she begged for a job & now couldn't care how she spoke to customers as its not her business that she is ruining. My brother on the other hand was buying drinks and when he got to the till lady said I have no change to give and was not even apologetic that she couldn't give him his change. The shop staff have no customer service at all. Time was around 5:15pm to go through cameras.
