Taking money for petrol they pretend to pour in your car!

I was at Total Southgate yesterday and poured R100 and as I was driving off I realized the gauge didn’t move an inch. I made a uturn to ask the petrol attended and he sa very defensive. I told him I stay about 1 km away and when I left home the gauge was on 75 and when I arrived at the station it was 74km before empty. So the attended didn’t clear the screen from the previous customer before me who also poured R100 and pretended to pour me petrol. Total needs to check the ********** activities s their staff are involved in. Without trust from your customers, your business will never grow. R100 might be immaterial to you but retaining customers…you will need to work thousand times than what you are doing now. Strange enough, in the same afternoon i poured petrol at Shell down the road next to you and never had issues with like these! Good luck with your business!
