Store Manager(Magdeline)

Had a terrible experience so early in the morning at Total Ke Ya Rona in Bapong, I have bought a cappuccino 2 times already where they just gave me 20% cappuccino and 80% milk, this morning I expressed my sentiments about this to a manager called Magdeline and told her that this is happening for the third time and it doesnt seem like the store is taking it seriously to fix the machine so we can get what we are paying for. Her reponse was that I bought coffee and I got coffee I should leave and stop complaining she has already seen what I went through and she will look into it. Thanks to her employees who helped me by making another cup for me once she went into her office. Such is terrible service especially from a manager who doesnt have her store in order. If they cannot sell us what we are paying for they should take out the machine out so we cant waste money paying for half a glass of milk.
