Sold my father’s garage without consent

Andy Nel motors was sold *******ly to Total SA , it was owned by Nelson Poto and Andrew Tladi, it started to function around 1993 and in 1997 it didn't function well then Total lease it to Three way motors, in 2010 the filling station was sold to Mr Tladi for the amount of 2 million, Mr Poto who was also a share holder didn't get any cent from the sales as in the letter they said he resigned and by the time they sold the filling station Mr Poto was critically ill in hospital and he later died in May. So we would like to ask Total SA how can they sell the garage to one partner who used different ID numbers when selling the garage and why they only paid one share holder while they were two?
