Sold a rotten pie

My husband bought a sausage roll for our daughter for lunch at the above petrol station. After school my daughter complained that she did not eat the meat of the pie because it was not nice, I inspected it in her lunchbox and realised that it was slimy and smelly, it was ROTTEN. How can this be? Are you trying to kill your customers. I am glad she is not ill and didn't get food poisoning however, we will never ever buy from there again. And we shall spread the word.
