Selling expired food

The restuarant sells expired, rotten food. I bought a milk tart tofay around 7am and just discovered that it's covered with mould (black hairy stuff) on top. There is no indication of expiry date on the container. This is a serious health risk. I have taken pictures of the tart and of the receipt as evidence
