Rudeness at its best.

I have been supporting Total Hertzog Street Motors for many years. Lately when Mr Frans ( the chief behind the convenient store counter) is on duty we would just turn around and go to another garage. Frans is extremely unfriendly, standing there with his bad attitude while serving the customers. It is more of an effort to help the customers, especially when he his busy on his phone. We also had in incident that happened a few weeks ago where we bought a pack of ice and there was so water on the counter. He had a very bad attitude when we asked for a bag. Frans did not even asked if he can help to pack the stuff we bought in the bag. Please tell him that we are very sorry that the pack of ice dripped water on the counter. I would really suggest that you check your CCTV system when he is on duty. See how he treats your customers.
