Rude, Unprofessional Staff

Called Total Petroport to get a reprint of a receipt of Purchase done in October. Spoke to Ancillia who's been extremely rude to me. Can't take calls as she is "VERY BUSY" I had to call back 5 times on Friday. Called her Manager, Irene, who doesn't answer her phone, she doesn't return calls. Left a voice message to call me back, nothing till today. Spoke to Total South Africa on Facebook, got a response to apologize but no action from any one. No phone call, no assistance whatsoever. Called Ancillia again now and she was unacceptably rude to me. Telling me she's busy and she will try and assist me "this week" as she doesn't work over weekends. She claims that it is month-end,week-end,year-end and she's too busy to help me. I have recorded all my phone calls with Totals Petroport's office staff. I am completely shocked at how these people talk to customers and telling me they will assist me when they have time maybe later this week and then hangs up on my call. How is this acceptable? I find Total Petroport's staff unprofessional, rude, and unacceptable. I expect someone to return my 100 phone calls I have made to this station. TODAY!
