Rude petrol attendents

I went to Total garage ar Ferndale to fill up my tank. I filled my tank and their swipping machine were offline. The supervior Nicholas was terribly rude and told me I have to figure out a way to pay them and that there is nothing he can do for me. I requested that one of tbe attendents accompany me to an ATM so I can withdraw and he said it is not possible. He kept screaming that I owe then and was rude. I explained that it is not my fault their machines are not working and he continued to say that it is not his problem. I must figure out a way to pay. Total is a reputable brand and I genuinely prefer them over other filling station but I will never set foot at ferndale Total again and I wilk make sure I tell everyone about the kind of service they provide.
