Rude manager @ Total Rustenburg..

i went for car wash, where a car washer drove my car from wash bay to shelter and left my car on gears and hand break up, my car is now damaged, and the manager doesnt wanna take responsibility. Apparently the washer do not have a drivers license and when i went there the following day they changed him to be a petrol attendant. Manager was very very rude to an extend that she cashed me out of the office when i went there to complain. managing skills lacks. she is a bit old i guess for pension especially... i am so disappointed in Total rustenburg.
