Rude manager

Last night at about 9pm my car ran out of petrol just 2mins away from total in Richwood I then approached them with my cannister for petrol which I was told wasn't allowed to be used which I accepted. I was then referred to the manager who would be able to help me I asked if he could help with pushing my car to the petrol station to which he rep**** no why must they help I must help myself. The manager (Mike) was so rude and unhelpful I support this petrol station almost everyday and this is what there customer service is all about I would hate to see how they would treat an elderly person you probably find the same result never going to support them again and really they need to relook at customer service.
