Rude Customer Service

Received a service from Ntanto at the Vosloorus Total service station and the guy was totally rude and did not meet up to the standard of the the service station.... He didn't explain why the Dischem points speed point wasn't working and the speed point hasn't been working for more that 4 weeks now and no explanation is provided to us as clients.
