Rude and unprofessional service

I went to fill up my car at Total N1 City (next to the hospital). Whilst waiting for an attendant I saw 1 James go to car which arrived after me. I went inside to purchase a red bull. I asked the cashier if that was normal practice. She said sometimes they do that. I went back to my car and the attendant came to me. I asked why does he go to cars which arrived after me. His excuse is he didn't see me and there were cars in his way. Which is not true. I told him that not the case and he wanted to know what was my problem. He said I must go to the manager. I went to the cashier and was informed the manager was not on site. All this time no attendant came to my car. Eventually the cashier inside had to pour in my petrol. I am a world wide traveller and poured my own petrol in foreign countries. I'm quite happy to do that and not deal with pathetic service
