Rock Hard Cup Cakes

<p>On Saturday 10th June, just after finishing his shift, my Husband stopped by at the Thrupps store in the Total Senderwood Service Station and bought 4 ice creams and 4 red velvet cupcakes. Later on, when we tried to eat the cupcakes we couldn't as they were rock hard. These were not day old cakes even...but days old! The icing was sour and hard as well. The four little cupcakes cost a whopping R56.00 which is ******inate on its own but in view of how bad they were, absolute *******! As he didn't keep his till slip and because it was so late, we could not take them back. When you enter Thrupps, even at a service station, you expect the highest of unquestionable quality. The person behind the counter who put these into a box would have surely known that they were old and stale? I am so angry and feel so **********.</p>
