R200 petrol deduction from my account without approval

I have an issue now with Total Garage in Mooinooi where a transaction went off on Sunday from my account which indicate that I poured petrol. I went to them and told them that the last time I visit the garage was on the 5th, Thursday. They referred me to Capitec to enquire about the deduction as they have a file with simular incidents ONLY FROM CAPITEC customers. Very strange. I called capitec yesterday and they said there was a transaction that happened on the 2nd of July of which I have proof. That transaction was duplicated and that is why there was a posting date Sunday. Total Garage claim they do not have that R200, capitec said both 200 Rands was paid out to total Garage. Now, no one of these two entities wants to take accountability for deducting money without consent from my account. Meanwhile, I am sitting in the middle and these two are fighting over who has the money and who does not have the money. The point that they don't understand is that money has been deducted from my account and I want it back. The stange thing about total garage, the file that they have is only capitec clients, so people, somewhere, somehow something is not right here with both capitec and total Garage. We as the public are so expose with our personal information that thing like this happens all the time and they don't want to be take responsibility and accountability for incidents like this happend to us. I want my money back, there is people that just leave it and do not do anything, but these businesses get away with too much because they know that these processes and investigations takes time and by the time they got also a negative answer for you, you not interested anymore because it is only a R200. And this is ongoing all the time. If I need to lay a *****e case or what ever case againts these two companies, I will, I want my R200 that was deducted without my approval.
