Poor service and possible theft

<p>I refueled at Total Bryanston. the petrol attendant swiped my card at the first machine and said the transaction did not go through. he swiped the card again at a second machine and then the transaction went through. Both transactions went through on my bank account.</p> <p> </p> <p>The service station now refuses to reimburse me my money for the second transaction coming with all sorts of stories. this is despite the fact that i have given them my bank statement showing the transaction went of twice and the petrol attendant admitting that he swiped my card twice.</p>
