Poor service

Poor customer service from total at Randfontein.i went there to buy #danone danup 950g,i gave a till operator Charles R200...and he gave me R153.00 i didn't count change...when i was walking to my car i checked the change... only to find out that Charles didn't give me the right change...when i went to back to speak to charles, he refused to help me and told me That i think I'm clever...he was rude
