Poor leadership ateam Total petrol station and Nuggets and bean on the move

<p> After a new petrol station was build in Potchefstroom with a mugg and bean on the move we have attempted to buy mugg and bean take away drinks for 4 times during the last month. Each and every time the staff is unable to service us in good time. That bad that other clients behind us have left the shop as they noted the poor unable service us. When eventually receiving your order it is also incorrect. This is playing off each time in clear view of the owner, who rather look down at the counter looking at filing admin. This is very poor and poor reflection on Total service stations and mugg and bean. Very disgusted</p>
