Poor customer Service

I asked Gateway Total sports to get 2 Sharks shirts from the Shelley beach store, as Gateway did not have the size I was wanting. Well Wesley did not take my name or number, Until I asked him how he would get hold of me. He never phoned to confirm anything, and 2 weeks later, when I went to collect them, he said sorry they were put out and sold. He now cant help me. Customer service is not of any importance anymore, so sad, As I am not from Durban, it is a problem to get any service commitment, over the phone, When you get there, nothing has been done, even though the say they attending to it.
