The TOTAL GARAGE in Westville central is an absolute disgrace. I took my car there for a wash 4 weeks ago. The attendant broke my emblem off of my car. They tried hiding it in their pockets hoping I won't notice. I did and they then took it out of their pocket. My car was very hot after supposedly standing off for over an hour. I noticed upon getting in that petrol were missing. Being an automatic car I am led to believe they had it on and running for some time. I brought this to the attention of the owner and he informed me he is not getting involved as he was not their when it happened. He told the attendant to take my details after he shouted at me telling me to take legal action as I won't get far and went back into his office. It's been 4 weeks, no contact, and no apology from the owner for waving his finger in my face and treating me like absolute *******. If this is the standard that's accepted at TOTAL GARAGE then I will no longer be using them.
