Please refund my monwy

They did a double transaction of R662.95c after i fiiled up my car. The first transaction at 17h44 and the second one at 17h51. This lady took the speed point from the guy that was helping whilst the transaction was in progress resulting and sid another transaction and came back telling me my transaction failed and have to do another one. The manager took my details on the 2nd and promised to return to me on friday until now i have not heard from them
