Old Contaminated Food Being Sold

2 Weeks Back, my Colleague and i purchased breakfast from the Total Gas Station here in Montclair, Wingate Road. We were served old and slimy food that smelled absolutely horrible. It inconvenienced us to come back all the way from work to return the food, How can a customer be happy with that?. I placed the food on the counter and asked them to please replace this with sandwiches rather as we were hungry .The lady had an attitude and had asked me to speak properly to her although she assured me that the food was freshly prepared this morning , after all arguments i didn't even want the sandwiches anymore and had asked for a Refund. They were not apologetic about the bad experience at all. Customer service was absolutely poor, there were no regards shown for a customers rights as GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE is OUR RIGHTS. Please be aware when purchasing food from such outlets as Foodborne illness is life threatening. #spead_the_word #Save_a_life
